Warranty Terms Waiver - Teton Steel and Rustic Log End Fire Table by Montana Fire Pits

BEFORE-YOU-BUY: 

*IMPORTANT* This table is designed using raw log ends. The appearance varies based on what logs are available. The raw logs will not be treated and will eventually break down when exposed to weather and sun. The panels will eventually need to be replaced. 

Montana Fire Pits does not provide a warranty for the log ends. A replacement log end panel will need to be purchased by the fire table owner if/when the logs rot or deteriorate. Replacement panels require the burner/plate and bolts be removed.

 

By signing this document and purchasing a Teton Steel and Rustic Log End Fire Table unit by Montana Fire Pits, you agree that any warranty claim or negative public review of the product or Company based on rotting wood log ends will be denied or contested.

Exceptions:

Shipping damage that has been properly photographed and documented by the receiver, as well as submitted to Montana Fire Pits within 3 days of delivery, OR ideally the shipment is refused, will be considered for a freight claim based on evidence provided by you, the customer or receiver.

Considerations: Ways to Minimize Wood Rotting

  • Use an oil-based wood stain every 6 months to prolong the life of the wood
  • Keep the entire fire table covered with a soft cover when not in use
